Does Barrett's Esophagus Leads To Frequent Dark Vomiting?

I had a stomach virus (two days after my grandson had a similar problem). I vomited several times and was better the next day. One of the times I vomited up three strange, dark spongy objects (the size of a miniature tootsie roll). I have been diagnosed with Barrett's esophagus and take omeprazole for acid reflux. I also have a medium sized hiatus hernia. My endoscopy was about two years ago and no evidence of bleeding was found. Should I be concerned?
