Does Bromergon Help In Getting Pregnant?

Hello doctor, am a 27yrs mother of one, I had a miscarriage 4months ago,abd have been trying for another baby for d past 3 months n I didn t get pregnant of which my last 2 pregnancies were one trial n it clicked. Went to see a doctor and I was given bromergon,been taking it for 2 weeks now. Will the medication help?
