Does Chron's Disease Cause Blood In Stools?

Hi, I have chrons disease and I have not pooped blood since my last visit except when I fell multiple time on my tail bone trying to ice skate and I pooped blood once and since then I havnt pooped blood until today which is the day after I ate a bunch of hot wings. Are the hot wings doing this or is it more related to chrons disease?
