Does Cilacart Or Concor Tablet Cause Reduced Urine Output?

Dear doctor, my BP was uncontrolled&24 hour urine protein was 900.so Dr prescribed me cilacart 40 mg. when I started taking cilacar40mg & concor 2.5mg my BP is normal.but I am taking these 2 medicines together in the night.i feel that my urine output is reduced.please tell me doctor there is any side effect for these 2 tablets.my creatinine is normal and urine 24 hour protein now 196.
