Does Clindamycin And Tacroz Forte Help To Treat Hyper Pigmentation?

I am 31 yrs old female. I have hyperpigmentation for as long as I remember. The problem area is - sides of forehead and around the mouth. I have consulted and got treated by various skin specialist. Chemical peeling didn't work, then I was treated and got best results with Lomela craem . I continued using it for almost 3 years continuosly though the skin texure became even but along side there was lot of redness on the face. as soon as I stopped using Lomela aft so many years the entire hyperpigmentation is back on face . One week back I am being told that I have rosacea because of continuous usage of lomela and hyper pigmentation is also its side effect. Presently I am being treated for rosacea with ointment clidamycin and ointment tacrel forte. pls advise if the treatment is rght and will it cure hyperpigmentation too?
