Does Clofert Treat Ovarian Cyst While Having Hypothyroidism?

Am trying to concieve since 3 months. I consulted a doctor. She diagnosed me with hypothyroidism and treating with thyronorm 12.5mg and in scanning she found a cyst in my left ovary. She prescribed me to have clofert in my third days of periods. I did as per she says but I got my periods yesterday. I heard that with clofert women get pregnant once but it doesnt happen with me. She prescribed good ova now. I would I be able to get pregnant?? Am really worried Please help.
