Does Clomid Treat High Progesterone Level?

I'm kewe and I have been trying to get pregnant for some years now, I had serious of test, but all came back good, except for the fact that my progesterone is high and my estrogen is low. Although I have been advice to take clomid, but I need a second opinion. What should I do?
