Does Clotrimazole And Betamethasone Dipropionate Treat Molluscum Contagiosum?

i diagnosed with molluscum contagiosum on the vaganial area and my mother used this clotrimazone and betamethasone dipropionate cream 1%/0.05% for her rash on her belly . it went away a week after using it . I was wondering if i could use this cream ?
