Does Codamol Naproxen Or Leparadine Cause Swelling In Ankles And Calves?

Hi I m currently on co codamol 8/500 naproxen and leparadine(i think its called) however I m getting swelling of calfes feet., ankles and some but mild breathing problems . I smoke but in moderation and there is a history of heart and cold in the immediate family.
