Does Copper-T Insertion Reduce The Chance Of Future Pregnancy?

I had DnC in feb 2008 and then my baby by c- section in feb 2009 two years back and last year I accidently concieved again, since my baby was very small I got a medical termination done . my age is 29 years is it safe to get copper T inserted and does the probability of having my second kid decrease
