Does Corian Injection Help In Rupturing The Follicle?

Under the fertility treatment, i had 18 mm follicle on 04.03.15. in LO. On the day itself i found +ve LH surge in CB OPK with solid smiley face. I consult with my GYN and She has suggested me to corian 5000 injection to rupture the follicle. I had love continuously for 4 days only. is it maximize the chances?. But still i have +LH surge on OPK. Why?.
