Does Cytotec Pills Affect The Growth Of Baby?

hi, I took the normal 4tablets of cytotec under the tongue after every 3hrs two days ago and only got some brownish flow for a day and half then it stopped.I still feel the cramps in my abdomen and also used the test which shows positive.am 5 weeks pregnant. will this affect the growth of the baby? am worried.pls help me
