Does Diflucan Or Metronidazole Affect Implantation When Trying To Conceive?

I m trying to conceive; and I ve gotten a yeast infection and bv simultaneously. The Dr. prescribed me Diflucan and Metronidazole. I began spotting yesterday morning; I was beyond thrilled to see the spotting because I thought it to be implantation bleeding. However, the bleeding picked up later in the day; and I think it s now safe to say my period is on. It is a week early; so I m assuming I ve had an unsuccessful implantation. So my question is can either pill or the combination of the two affect implantation?
