Does Disprin Help To Terminate Pregnancy?

I am a mom of 14months baby boy still breastfeeding and I think I am a month pregnant and I do not want the baby I was drinking Disprin to help abort the baby so am not sure if this could help abort am desperate help Doctor please before its too late?
