Does Duonase Or Flomist Treat Inflammation In Nasal Passage?

I have blocked nose since 7 months. CT shown some inflammation in tissue in my left nasal. Even omnaris not working. Using otrivin every night to save my life. Can I use Duonase or flomist please suggest me. I m totally fed up. Even I m using comalgum laser therapy . I couldn t breathe I have to breathe from my mouth al the time... Pls help me
