Does Duphaston And Fertomid Help To Treat PCOD?

Good morning doc

I am Shobha(24yrs), there pass 1 and a 1/2 years of my marriage,And there's no child,Than I consult a doc in delhi. she suggest to U/s of lower abdomen and she said that i have multiple follicles on my left ovary, than she suggest to take letrozole tab. and said to take it on 3rd day to 7th day of period,next month i again did U/s and it shows PCOD in my left ovary, then she again give me letozole twise in a day from 3rd-5th day,next month when i did u/s it shows PCOD with functional cysts and bilaterall ovary,and shows both ovary are bulky, right ovary measure 36x29x23mm in size with evidence of two clear cysts 14 and 12mm.left ovary measure 34x29x29 in size.with aclear cysts of 24x26mm multiple small follicle are arranged at the periphery with prominent central stroma bilaterraly suggestive of polycystic patterrn of ovaries on CFI there is increased blood flow within the hyperplastic stroma.Cervix and utrus are normal.she said to take duphaston tab from 15-feb to 10 day. and fertomid-50mg from 3rd dy to 7thday of my period (whenever it comes) .Doc i want to know that this is a right procedure, and she give me right medicines, and there is not come any problem in my pregnency in future and and i would be pragnent or not.pls answer it .iam in great worry.there is a big pressure of child from my in laws, and i am worried about this, pls quickly answer,
