Does Elleste Cause Break Through Bleeding?

im now starting elleste duet 1mg for menopause symptoms. im 49 and have a mirena coil. my fsh was 79. im going on my first holliday for years on 20th march and am worried i may be bleeding due to the breakthrough bleeds with elleste. what can i do to try to avoid bleeding around this time?
