Does Eltroxin And Ebexid Affect Fertility?

Dear madame, I am 38 and my wife 39. We are trying to conceive a child. According to doctor's advice, my wife is taking both eltroxin and ebexid. Her mens period will start from around June 23. Please advice using both won't have any effect on conceiving. Some 9 months back, she also had a miscarriage.
