Does Enalapril Increase Coughing While Having Heart Valve Disease?

Will Enalapril exacerbate coughing in a small poodle that has been diagnosed with an insufficient heart valve function (reason for Enalapril), and dry coughing has increased quite a bit. Was told by others that Enalapril can have something to do with that.
