Does Epsom Salt Bath Help To Alleviate Stress Fracture In Foot?

I believe I have a stress fracture on the outside of my left foot near the middle. I am 44 years old 5 4 150 lbs. I stand on my feet for work for anywhere from 4-9 hours/4-5 days a week (roughly 35-40 hours a week) I can t afford an MRI or CT scan to find out for sure. A friend is going to let me borrow a boot to immobilize my foot but I am wondering if an epsom salt foot bath or anything else can help speed healing
