Does Epsom Salt Cause Decrease In BP Readings?

Hi I had a gallbladder attack last week end in the ER i check online for home remedy & a mixture of Apple cider vinegar, olive oil & Epsom salt. I also read Epson salt can lower your lower your BP. I m scared to do this bec I ve been having chest pain & irregular Heart beat. Can I take Epsom salt?
