Does Estradiol Cause Campbell De Morgan Spots?

Hi - almost every morning I wake up to find new Campbell de Morgan sports on my chest. My GP is sending me for a liver function test but I had one six months ago and it was fine. She wondered whether the estradiol that I use on my face might be the culprit but I use a minuscule amount.
