Does FNAC Lead To Formation Of Sinus Tract In Neck?

My mother is 61 years old.FNAC test of Lymphnode on rightside of neck reveals that she is sufering from TB.She is on ATD for the last 9 months.But,FNAC test on lymphnode results into Sinus Tract and that wound took 4 months to cure with ATD & Antibiotics.Now,another lymphnode had appeared on the left side of the neck.The Doctor again suggested to do FNAC test.My question is if FNAC test is carried out then again sinus tract will occur.Pl. clarify
