Does Finasteride Affect The Testicular Health?

hi I have recently did hair transplant and now I am advised to take Finasteride tablet but as I may cause loss of libido or may decrease semen volume, I want to know whether it affects testicular health permanently, and sudden stop of drug may cause hair fall or etc.
