Does Flourouracil Tablet For Planters Wart Cause Hair Growth On Sole?

I have plantar warts and have been treating with Flourouracil for months. It appear to be working. However today I had a slight pain on the bottom of my big toe and when I looked there was a solitary fine dark hair growing. I pulled it out. Is hare on the bottom of your foot normal? Could have something to do with warts or the medicine I am using?
