Does Formonide Intake Cause Swollen Throat?

Hi, I am having breathing problem ( that is wheezing). I consulted a doctor and he prescribed formonide 400 novacort. I am using it for the past one and a half year. But now, my throat is bulged as if I am suffering with thyroid, and I cant even drink water nor breath. Is this problem because of using formonide? What can I do?
