Does Furosemides Help Clean Body Off Drugs?

so i have a job interview tomorrow, and there is an anti-dopings test, i haven't smoked for 3 days counting today and i've been taking furosemides (40mg) twice per day to clean myself. Do you think it'll work? and if no, any suggestions on what to do today ? my last day ?
