Does Ginkgo Biloba Help In Improving Memory?

I was alarmed to learn that some ginkgo biloba sold in stores does not really contain ginkgo biloba, or less than stated on the label. I have been using ginkgo biloba for several years following a head injury and believe that it preserves some of my memory function, and I want to continue to take it. Can you identify some reliable brands?
