Does Gynocare And Trazer Help In Getting Pregnant While Suffering From PCOD?

Hello to All, I am suferring from PCOD however I am planning for pregency. I gynic provided my falvoite, gynocare and trazer tablets.. Will that work for me? Also, I did internal sonography and it seems that right and left eggs are not growing but internal film are growing.. Plz suggest..
