Does HCG Hormone In Diet Drops Cause Delay In Periods?

Hi, my period ended on January 13th and haven't come since then. My husband and I had protected sex (condoms and it never broke) every single time. However, I was on the HCG diet drops for one week and might have lost 2-3 lbs sometime in the ending of January. However I stopped it after a week of using and i realised my period is now very late. I did many at home urine pregnancy tests and all came back negative. I also did a blood pregnancy test which came back negative and says <25 IU/L. Is there any chance I am still pregnant or the HCG hormone in the drug has affected my period? Thanks!
