Does HRT Treatment Help With Androgenetic Alopecia?

i am a 49 year old lady doctor with androgenetic alopecia.i am on aldactone 150 mg and finasteride 2 mg.my endocrinologist put me on aldactone 2 years ago.as i had severe shedding he added finasteride 2 months ago.i feel even that is not helping me.will oestrogen progesterone(hrt) help.ii have not attained menopause.i have been getting my periods once in 4 months
