Does Harmoni-F Help To Conceive?

Hello doctor, me and my husband are planning for a child from past 7months..ibut dont become pregnent, my periods are arregular , doctors give me harmoni-f tablet and my all reports are normal and also my husbands repots normal' i use harmoni-f tablet from last 3 month, by using this tablet can i become pregnent, or what can i do
