Does High dosages of Biotin alter your menstrual cycle? I've had 2 cycles this month. One from May 2nd through the 5th. Then it came back on May 23rd and I'm still on my cycle. I have always had regular cycles, every 28th day lasting 5-7 days. This changed started after I started taking hair vitamins and 1000 mg biotin. Should I go to my OBGYN?
