Does Hyponidd Affect Menstruation Timing, Or Could I Be Pregnant After Unprotected Sex?

Hi please I want to know if hyponidd affects menstruation timing because since I start taking it I haven t seen my period since last month...though I had unprotected sex since I started taking it so it s two things I might be pregnant or just having period delay due to the hyponidd medication
