Does I Pill Intake Always Cause Vaginal Bleeding?

v had a safe sex even then i feel it wasnt safe so i took ipill and i jus want to knw whether is it compulsory for me to bleed as i took the pill? and if i dont bleed does that mean that i ll be pregnant???? very much worried and the i took was within 12hours of having sex pls do reply ....
