Does IV Therapy For Low Iron Affect The Warfarin Therapy?

Hi, I have SLE, rheumatoid arthritis and are taking Warfarin due to protein C deficiency, anticardiolipin antibody syndrome, primary hypercoagulable, antiphospholipid antibody syndrome, and DVT. My doctor is considering IV therapy for low iron. I am unable to tolerate other therapies. How will the IV therapy effect my Warfarin therapy? Is bridging required? For how long? I have SO MANY side effects from the lupus, what can I expect as far as side effects from adding the IV therapy? I am a white female, 59 years old and have been very sick since 1987. Thank you for your time and help.
