Does IVF Method Help In Conceiving

hi doc,my friend is married for 11 yrs but no kids n never got conceived.she has polyps all over in uterus n ovary and ovary cyst.they removed it many times and done many treatment to conceive.she failed two ivf.nw they trying ivf for last time with a technique called micro array which increase chance.but if she conceive the chance for abortion is more due to her polyps.last april they removed polyps n cyst again.she has any chance this time to succeed in ivf?
