Does Implanon Birth Control Removal Before 5 Days Have Any Consequences?

I had my Implanon birth control inserted yesterday, and on that night i took a shower, and got it wet. The band aid fell off and when i was done i quickly replaced it with another one, I've read your not suppose to take if off for like 5 days. So i was wondering how big of a mistake i made and what are the consequences. also on how to take care of my arm while its healing, if i can exercise or move it around or not. and thank you for giving some time off of your day and answering my questions
