Does Koragon Injection Treat Infertility?

I am 35, have pcos.trying for pregnamcy for more than a year. This month doc has started reprogon and koragon and folliculometry.today the follicle measured 22x15 and i am asked to inject koragon tomorrow.what are the chances of pregnancy with this treatment?can i conceive in the first attempt?endometrium measures 7 today.
