Does Letrogel Help In Getting Pregnant?

Hi I m 28 years old and married. I had PCOS so I ve been diagnosed with giane-35 pills for 2 years. Then I ve recheked my ultrasound and found no ceasts are visible so my doctor told me to leave that giant-35 pills and to take letrogel on my 3rd day of period for six days. I m trying to conceive... So this is the first month I took letrogel. Is there any way to understand that whether Ive conceived or not???... How good is this letrogel helps to get pregnant?? My next period date is 5th April. So what s gonna be my further concentration??
