Does Letroz Help To Conceive While Having PCOS?

Hi,Iam 25 year old married lady.I have a 5 year child.I want to conceive again.Went to the doctor.They did pelvic scanning and told i have pcos in both ovaries.They did blood test also.They found that testosterone level is 4.2 and the actual range should be from 1 to 3.5.rest others are normal.My periods are irregular from 3 years.My doctor suggested T-Diane32 tablet for 1 month.I used it and got the Menstrual cycle last month.now she has given letrose tablet for ovulation.Will I get pregnancy this month or it will take some more time???What are the precautions i have to take to conceive?Pls suggest me.
