Does Loratab Help The Nerves To Heal?

I have trigeminal neuropathy and am wondering if I am on the tryclic (sp) antidepressants. I am taking zanax. Also, I have tried Neurotin and have had side effects. I know loratab won t cure anything, but will it help until my nerve decides to heal? Cancel this question. I do not want to pay extra. Will just contact my Dr. again
