Does Lymecyclin Affect The Effectivenss Of Microgynon Pill?

I've been taking microgynon 30 contraceptive pill for over 9 months and was recently prescribed Lymecyclin for acne rosacea. I would like to know if and how this antibiotic will affect the effectiveness of the pill, and if so, what precautions do i need to take?
