Does MTP Kit Cause Infertility?

hello doc...i had an MTP done some 3 yeas back for some reason..now we plan to have a baby..we r trying since 4-5 months but no positive effect...we spoke to a gynaec abt this..as suggested i went for a sonography so as to find out if everthing was fine inside...the report did not show any abnormalities..now the doc has prescribed some medicines like letrozole and e cod capsules...will it be poss for me to conceive after i take this..or does mtp reduce the chances of conceiving..pls doc i want a resonse..hope u will help me in giving a good advise..thank you
