Does Macrodantin Cause Headache And Nausea

i recently had a urine culture and it came back with a staph infection. i was changed from cipro to macrodantin. i have been taking the macrodantin for 3 days now and i feel no better. I HAVE NEVER HAD so many headaches and so much nausea. could this be from the med or is the infection getting worse? I am also ver fatigue and this is quite hard because i have 3 kids i have and take care of full time. All of the things i am reading are honestly scarring me.
