Does Marijuana Affect INR Levels In A Person With Brain Stroke?

I have a question for you. My friend suffered from a stroke and has 2 blood clots on her brain. She is currently taking warfarin 8mg. Her INR has declined a bit. She smokes marijuana daily due to pain and anxiety. Could smoking marijuana be the cause of her INR levels? Should she stop? Thank you for your help.
