Does Melodene Help To Treat Acne?

Hi there, I have been suffering with mild acne since I came off the pill about 8 years ago but in the past year it has turned into cystic acne and has been quite severe. i came off the pill because it gave me bad pigmentation. I also have alopecia. I have had many blood tests and seen many doctors and everything looks normal. Recently I was told to try Androcur with the contraceptive pill melodene. I am nervous to take something as strong as androcur, do you think the melodene will help my acne by itself? Many thanks Natacha
