Does Metakelfin Affect The Effectiveness Of Microgynon Birth Control Pills?

Hi,i am 23years,56kgs, a height of 5,3. i don't have any of the major terminal illnesses, i live in Africa and mosquitoes love me,i had pneumonia last year, i was on depo injection for nine months last year before the pill.i have been on microgynon 30(my choice) for two months,this week i had malaria and took malaria tablets(metakelfin 500mg) had a nasty effect and i decided not to take a pill the next day at night(when i normally take) I took it the next day 12hrs later,after that i have been taking the other pills at normal time(10pm) am i still protected from getting pregnant
