Does Metanx Help In Treating Pain In Fingers?

Several years ago I had a severe burn occur (hot water) in the first digit of my 2nd and 3rd finger of my left hand. lately I have deeloped pais in these digits and have difficulty keeping them warm. I wondered if the Rx Metanx could be used for this condition as it mimics diabetic neuropathy.
