Does Mifty Kit Help In Abortion?

Hello doctor,me and my boyfriend had an intercourse on 25 jan 2015. After that I had take I pill but then also I missed my periods so I had taken a pregnancy test using the peg card ( I can) and it shows positive. Now if I take mifty kit will it abort my pregnancy? And how will I know that it had been aborted? Plz help me doctor.
